Delicate bubbles with a long finish, which bring out the blend of the Xinomavro (blanc de Noir), with the delicate Riesling and the aromatic Gewurtzaminer. Aromas of white – fleshed peach, green tea, lemon and tropical fruits reach the nose. On the palate, the strengthened acidity with playful bubbles gives the wine a distinctive liveliness.
