Flaming Pig pays homage to the Pig that saved the city
of Dublin and Irish Whiskey from the great fire of 1875.
Normally, barrels are charred on a scale from 1 to 4.

But we go a step further up to Level 5. Experts would say that the charred wood infuses the whiskey with complex flavours of caramel, vanilla, spices and of course a light smokiness.
